Urban Echoes
Is reality ambiguous?
Can we touch reality, truly perceive it?
What is an urban landscape about?
The images descript elements of the urban landscape.
Streets, buildings, alienating-looking structures, abandoned places or architectures of a formal perfection that make the city appear a foreign body, sometimes with a rationality that tends towards abstraction.
An environment built by man seems to reject man, as if the world were impenetrable to our gaze.
The places have suffered a loss of meaning, progressively environments and architectures have become unknown places.
They are now impossible to understand for the viewers who feels alienated and distant from them.
The visual narrative develops without an apparent logical thread, the images are connected by analogy, where things remain mainly disconnected, thus highlighting the senselessness of many elements of reality.
